Follow the simple directions below and you will be on your way to pain relief and muscular strength:
STEP 1 - INSERT THE BATTERY INTO THE MACHINE
This step is very important. The machine runs on a rechargeable battery only and will not turn on unless the battery is inside the machine.
STEP 2 - PLUG THE WIRES INTO THE MACHINE
Unwind the wires and insert them into each output channel / port located at the base of the unit.
STEP 3 - CONNECT THE PADS INTO THE WIRES
Each wire will have a total of 2 pads.
STEP 4 - PLACE THE PADS ON THE DESIRED MUSCLE GROUPS
Place the electrodes on the skin over the area you want to treat. If you are unsure about where to place the pads, visit our Pad Placement Charts for EMS & TENS
STEP 5 - TURN THE TAMTEC SPORT UNIT ON
Turn the unit on by pressing down on the power switch that is located on the right side of the machine.
STEP 6 - SELECT A PROGRAM
Choose from 8 different Pre-Set programs based on whether you want to focus on muscle building, toning, pain relief, recovery etc.
STEP 7 - SET THE TIMER & PRESS START
Set the automatic timer from 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. After you select the appropriate treatment time, press the orange START button.
STEP 8 - CHOOSE YOUR INTENSITY LEVEL
SLOWLY increase the intensity for each channel and stop at a level that is most comfortable for you. Press the '+' button to increase the intensity, and the '-' button to decrease it.
